Senior DFT Engineer - IC Resources

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DFT Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a Senior DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design for test (DFT) and back-end team in the development of satellite communications technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement DFT architectures for ASIC projects.
• Design and test patterns for verification of DFT functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industrial standards and practices in DFT.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Strong track record in DFT with experience in ASIC projects.
• Expertise in DFT architecture specification, implementation, test pattern development, and verification.
• Knowledge of industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST.
• Experience working on SoC projects is beneficial.
