Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at Gregory Martin International. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, driving business growth, and developing our digital enablement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Analysis: Work directly with clients as a lead business analyst, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to drive business growth.
- Technical Architecture: Lead technical architecture, solution design, and implementation management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Digital Enablement: Contribute to the development and growth of our digital enablement and data analysis capabilities, staying up-to-date with the latest software development approaches, platforms, and best practices.
- Client Relationships: Develop and manage client relationships, building trusted-advisor relationships with new and existing clients.
- Team Management: Effectively manage delivery teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in eliciting requirements and defining business processes in complex environments.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of current software development approaches, platforms, and best practices, including Microsoft365, SharePoint, PowerBI, Dataverse, and PowerApps.
- Qualifications: Degree, MBA, or equivalent experience, with a Project Management qualification (e.g., APMP) being a plus.
Desirable Skills:
- UK Defence Security Clearance: Recent UK Defence Security Clearance (SC) would be beneficial but is not essential.
