Store Manager Opportunity at Greens Retail

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team at Greens Retail, a leading convenience store chain in Scotland. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of your store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and delivering high store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a strong team to provide outstanding customer service
  • Create a positive and productive working environment
  • Forge strong links with the local community and host local events
  • Manage the store on a day-to-day basis, ensuring consistent delivery of high store standards
  • Recruit, mentor, train, and plan shifts for colleagues
  • Drive the store and business forward, meeting KPIs and ensuring future readiness
  • Ensure a clean, efficient, and safe operation, complying with health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Management experience is essential
  • Food retail experience is preferred
