Lead Fitness Programme

Nuffield Health Leicester FWC is seeking a qualified Fitness Programme Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and lead the development of our fitness programme. The successful candidate will have experience in a corporate or commercial fitness environment and hold relevant qualifications in class-based exercise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver fitness programmes in line with the latest trends and our budget
  2. Teach classes in the studio and pool, ensuring a high-quality experience for members
  3. Collaborate with the team to ensure health and safety rules and codes of practice are followed
  4. Maintain equipment and ensure it is properly cleaned and stored
  5. Promote all health assessments, classes, and programmes offered by Nuffield Health
  6. Process membership payments and follow procedures for opening and closing the Centre
