Metallurgy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Metallurgist to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our Asset Management function, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and metallurgical expertise to our customers across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead metallurgical support for customer projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement asset management strategies.
• Conduct metallurgical testing and analysis in our UKAS accredited laboratories.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers on metallurgical matters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading metallurgical support in a relevant role.
• Technical expertise in metallurgy, with a strong understanding of asset management principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
