Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our Response Team at CV Library. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to customers in the field, ensuring high-quality support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Commission, repair, and service electrical equipment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve technical skills and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Good technical electrical/electronics skills, with a minimum HNC or similar qualification in electromechanical/electrical engineering.
  • Experience in a field service role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • PLC programming and knowledge of PC hardware are advantageous.
  • Full current UK driving license.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
