About the Role

RSPB Scotland is a leading nature conservation charity dedicated to protecting Scotland's wildlife and natural habitats. We are seeking an experienced grants fundraiser to join our Fundraising team, responsible for securing and maximising income from external grant and charitable trust funding sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities to support RSPB Scotland's conservation work
  • Develop and submit high-quality grant proposals to secure funding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, stakeholders, and internal teams

  • Proven track record in securing grants and charitable trust funding
