Group Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join our innovative and growing hospitality business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a central team of four and head-up the Operational Finance function to deliver a best-in-class finance service to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Operational Finance function to deliver a best-in-class finance service to the business.
  • Head-up a central team of four and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of finance operations.
  • Develop and implement financial models to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Work closely with the wider team to bring a new level of professionality to the business.
  • Ensure compliance with USALI and other relevant financial regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experienced ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant with 8+ years PQE.
  • Significant operational hospitality experience gained in a sufficiently complex and geographically diverse business.
  • Extensive financial modelling experience producing high-quality projections.
  • Ability to work across the business to bring the wider team to a new level of professionality.
