Care Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a care team providing 24-hour care to a client with complex needs.
About the RoleThe Care Team Manager will be a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the client, while also supporting the care team to provide the optimum level of care. This will involve working closely with the therapy team to devise and implement care plans, as well as managing the care team's training and development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working with children, young people, or adults with disabilities, neurological conditions, or special educational needs. They will also have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with clear verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and IT literacy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the care team to provide 24-hour care to the client
- Work closely with the therapy team to devise and implement care plans
- Manage the care team's training and development
- Ensure the accurate maintenance of all documentation relating to care planning
- Work closely with the client's parents, case manager, therapy team, education providers, and other professionals involved in the care package
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with children, young people, or adults with disabilities, neurological conditions, or special educational needs
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and IT literacy
- Competent in care planning, activity planning, risk assessing and management
- Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality within the workplace
- Hold a full, clean, UK driving licence
