Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the gardening team in maintaining the gardens to the highest standards
  • Supervise and train new staff and volunteers in gardening techniques and best practices
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the garden, including plant care, pruning, and maintenance
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues and visitors, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for the gardens
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Gardener to develop and implement gardening strategies and plans

Requirements

  • Proven experience in horticulture, with a strong background in gardening and plant care
