Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our development activities in the UK. As the Head of Building Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading all development activity from origination to the ready-to-build stage
  • Managing a team of developers and growing the team further
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on legal and planning documents
  • Identifying potential project development opportunities
  • Working with international teams on projects across multiple locations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years' experience in land acquisition or project development in the energy sector, preferably in renewables
  • Ability to work in London on a regular basis and travel across the UK for site visits
