Position Overview:

About the Firm:
Located in the vibrant Liverpool City Centre, our client is a well-established firm specializing in various civil litigation matters. They are currently expanding their Housing Disrepair Department and are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to their growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigation Section 11 claims for tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with the Pre Action Protocol for Housing Disrepair Claims.
  • Draft Letters of Claim and collate special damages.
  • Engage in negotiation and settlement discussions.
  • Coordinate with counsel and issue court proceedings.
  • Oversee all steps leading to trial and conduct enforcement proceedings.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to enhance the department's growth.
