About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate to join a well-established insurance law firm in the UK. The firm is a leading provider of legal services to the insurance industry, with a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a broad and interesting caseload of complex, catastrophic, and large loss claims arising from RTA and EL/PL matters on behalf of insurer clients.
- Cases will be valued from £100,000 to up to £5,000,000, and will include brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and fatalities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurer clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve excellent results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years PQE as a Catastrophic Injury Associate or Senior Associate.
- Experience of defendant catastrophic injury and large loss is preferable, but applicants with significant claimant catastrophic injury experience may also be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
