About the Role

We are looking for a talented Executive Chef or Culinary Specialist to help us produce high-quality, homemade dishes for our events and restaurant service. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for following instructions, cooking and delivering well-prepared meals, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking food in a timely manner
  • Developing innovative ideas to improve the effectiveness of your section
  • Working independently and asking for guidance when needed
  • Maintaining a sound understanding of health and safety and food safety regulations
  • Working as part of a wider team to achieve a common goal
  • Producing dishes to a high standard
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen
  • Ensuring orders are maintained to an appropriate level
  • Keeping cleanliness records up to date
  • Setting up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment
Requirements
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, including producing food provisions for large-scale events
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a multi-outlet operation
  • Passion for food and cooking
  • Capability to deliver key business metrics, including food safety management
  • Follow instructions set out by your Head Chef
  • HACCP awareness
