Role Overview
We are seeking a Chief Operations Executive to collaborate closely with our Board of Directors, CEO, and Senior Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in steering the strategic direction of our organization and ensuring the effective management of our services. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence and foster innovation across all levels.

- Continuously assess and enhance existing operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and effectiveness.
- Identify and explore opportunities for growth and innovation that will amplify our impact within the community.
