In the role of Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle for all Sales roles on a worldwide scale. This position requires a strategic collaborator who will not only handle sourcing, screening, and interviewing but also build robust relationships with Sales Leadership. Your profound understanding of their recruitment needs will empower you to design and implement effective hiring strategies and processes, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent within the Sales division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comprehensive Recruitment: Oversee all phases of the recruitment process for Sales roles globally. This includes crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, and extending job offers. Strategic Collaboration: Establish and nurture strong relationships with Sales Leadership to gain deep insights into their hiring requirements, organizational objectives, and team dynamics. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Formulate and execute detailed recruitment strategies tailored to the Sales function, encompassing candidate sourcing, engagement, and pipeline management. Process Enhancement: Continuously assess and refine recruitment and interview processes to boost efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and align with organizational goals. Market Awareness: Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enrich recruitment strategies and attract high-quality candidates. Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Sales Leadership regarding recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the global HR team to ensure a unified approach to talent acquisition and integration with broader HR initiatives and onboarding processes.QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a talent acquisition role with a focus on Sales positions, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Experience in global hiring and within a technology organization is highly desirable. Skills: Exceptional ability to: Build relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers at all organizational levels. Utilize analytics and reporting to provide regular updates. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies while managing multiple recruitment processes concurrently. Navigate competing priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hiring practices within our industry and/or the Sales function, and insights into what makes a candidate successful in these roles. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees and HR certifications are advantageous. Personal Attributes: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
