Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Garment Technologist to join our Garment Technical team. In this role, you will oversee the development and industrialization process to ensure styles align with design, product development, and production requirements. Your focus will be on method, construction, cost, machinery, and quality, achieving 100% delivery at each stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess design risk and propose solutions through the risk assessment process.
• Work through the Proto, SRS, and PP process, attending fit meetings in London when required.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of technical specification packs and detailed SOP guidelines.
• Create clear and accurate fusing charts and construction specifications.
• Oversee sample reviews with the pattern team.
• Travel and work flexibly based on business and seasonal demands.
• Support the production and industrialization team to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure productionable and cost-effective methods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• University degree in textiles or fashion with garment industry experience.
• Rainwear and outerwear experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Adobe, and Office Suite.
