Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for managing schemes from day one on site, ensuring that all daily site works are effectively planned and executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement effective site plans, taking into account the needs of clients, stakeholders, and local residents.
- Collaborate with clients and senior management to ensure that all project objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, preparing early warning notices as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local residents, ensuring effective communication and liaison.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing site activities and ensuring project success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and local residents.
