The Role: Lead Kitchen Team Member

We're seeking an experienced Lead Kitchen Team Member to join our growing team. This is a chance to be part of a global expansion journey with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

As a Lead Kitchen Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen, fostering a collaborative and respectful environment across all departments.
  • Maintain exceptional food quality by working with premium ingredients and ensuring consistent presentation that meets our exacting standards.
  • Adhere to budget guidelines and effectively manage stock and labor costs to contribute to site profitability.
  • Implement responsible stock management practices for kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Strictly adhere to H&S and food safety standards as outlined by our hygiene auditors.
