We are seeking a dedicated and skilled cook to create exceptional home-cooked meals utilizing fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. Your role will ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests, typically accommodating groups of up to 50 individuals, as well as our resident community.

You will be tasked with crafting a diverse menu that considers various dietary needs while adhering to food safety regulations. Responsibilities will include inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food safety standards within the kitchen.

A valid Level 2 Award in Food Safety is required. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently. A professional appearance and a friendly demeanor are essential, along with a willingness to adapt to flexible working hours.

Working Hours: 30+ hours per week, Sunday to Wednesday (daytime only)

Additional Benefits: 6.6 weeks of holiday, contributory pension scheme, uniform provision, and opportunities for professional development and training.
