We are seeking a talented Event Production Specialist to become part of our innovative team at The Dreamtek Group, a premier production company dedicated to crafting remarkable digital experiences for our clientele. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of events through expert technical support and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and technical assistance to our clients
- Aid in the organization, staffing, and execution of events within our advanced event facilities
- Operate sophisticated audio-visual systems, including Ross Carbonite switchers, ETC Ion lighting desks, and Sony RCP 1500 units
- Diagnose and resolve any AV equipment challenges that may arise
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to enhance quality and operational efficiency
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in technical live event production
- Proficient in managing AV equipment such as Ross Carbonite and Sony RCP 1500
- Background in a broadcast setting is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Self-driven with a willingness to embrace new technologies
