We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Care Worker to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Leading and developing a team of support workers to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective care delivery
  • Participating in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A HNC in Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years' experience in a supervisory role in a care setting

  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
