About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Studio Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Studio Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group exercise classes, including Body Pump and Indoor Cycling, in a fun and supportive environment.

You will work closely with our fitness team to ensure a successful class programme, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all participants have a great experience. If you are a passionate and experienced instructor who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality group exercise classes, including Body Pump and Indoor Cycling
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all participants have a great experience
  • Work closely with the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive class environment
Requirements
  • Nationally recognised group exercise qualification (Body Pump/Indoor Cycling)
  • Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
  • Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
