We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing companionship, personal care, and support with daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Support clients with daily activities, such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation
- Assist clients with appointments and errands
- No prior experience is necessary, as we provide full training and support
- A driving license is essential, as you will be required to transport clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£13.00, plus holiday pay
- Alternate weekend rota
- Pension contribution
- Paid mileage and travel time between care visits
- Minimum client care visit time of 45 minutes
- Full training and support provided throughout
- Friendly and supportive office and On Call team
