About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Specialist to join our team at Third Bridge. As a key member of our integration practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective integration of all our systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new capabilities to serve the needs of the whole business, including the design, implementation, and testing of integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize integration requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  • Take a lead on technical decisions, implementation choices, and ensure that we work to the right standards and principles.
  • Work closely with other engineering delivery teams, product managers, and owners to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering high-quality solutions using integration middleware such as Camel or Mule, along with Java, Python, and AWS.
  • Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) principles, and experience with implementing DevSecOps practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and act as a senior in the team, sharing best practices and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
