Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Natural Sciences educator to join our team. This role involves teaching students at Key Stage 3 and 4, focusing on fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of scientific concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deliver stimulating and effective lessons in Natural Sciences for KS3 & KS4 students.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
- Establish a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and a passion for learning.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to enrich the Natural Sciences curriculum and engage with the broader educational community.
Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification.
- A degree in Natural Sciences or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching Natural Sciences at KS3 & KS4 levels.
- Strong classroom management abilities and a talent for motivating and inspiring students.
