About the RoleAs a Graduate Rural Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced Surveyors in all aspects of rural surveying, including sales and acquisitions, valuations, compulsory purchase, estate management, and landlord and tenant matters. You will have the opportunity to enhance your professional profile by building your own client base and contributing to the long-term strategic growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Surveyors in all aspects of rural surveying, including sales and acquisitions, valuations, compulsory purchase, estate management, and landlord and tenant matters.
- Enhance your professional profile by building your own client base.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic growth of the business.
- Develop your skills and knowledge in financial analysis and management.
- Work closely with our Senior Rural Surveyor to achieve business objectives.
- Entry onto our group bonus structure.
- Membership of our Pension Plan, with Employer's contribution of up to 3%.
- Inclusion in our Life Assurance Policy, given as 3 times annual salary.
