Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles for tramper work and general haulage deliveries
  • Ensure goods are safely secured and transported to their destination
  • Complete vehicle defect and maintenance logs
  • Complete delivery paperwork and documentation

Requirements:

  • Valid full category C+E licence
  • Previous tramping experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Minimum 6 months experience held HGV Class 1 driving
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Good customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Current CPC and Digi card
  • No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, day shift
  • 10-12 hour shifts, 50-55 hours per week
  • Weekend availability required

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £16.50 per hour, with £25 per night out
