Shift Leader Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently, and that customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the store team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers
* Support colleagues to ensure they deliver daily priorities and take regular breaks
* Open and close the store, and complete duty cover, ensuring all decisions made are right for everyone's safety
* Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of a manager for day-to-day queries
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store
* Support managers to coordinate seasonal, community, and charity events

* Competitive hourly rate starting at £14.28, increasing to £15.41 for stores inside the M25
