Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and proactively managing our portfolio of IT solutions, providing specialist level incident and problem management support, and architecting and designing solutions that are resilient, secure, and scalable across on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and Proactively Manage IT Solutions
- Provide Specialist Level Incident and Problem Management Support
- Architect and Design Solutions
- Perform Problem Identification and Root Cause Analysis
- Perform Regular Health Checks
- Participate in Projects and Service Improvements
- Implement Proactive Maintenance Plans
- Monitor and Review Service Performance
- Liaise with 3rd Party Vendors
- Meet Service Level Agreements
- Formal Qualification in IT
- ITIL Qualified or Experience
- Microsoft/Vendor Qualification
