Facilities Planning and Optimization Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen to establish and implement a computed tomography (CT) function in sync with our investment goals, with the primary purpose of driving forward car reliability and performance.

You will lead the installation, commissioning, and running of equipment, with opportunities to grow and then lead the department in the future. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining what F1 components are CT scanned and when, to add the most performance with the available equipment and resource.
  • Working closely with project management to ensure scans are in line with manufacturing timelines, while also planning to optimize equipment to run efficiently.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance car reliability and performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.
