In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration of £14.17 per hour for daytime shifts and £14.70 per hour for nighttime shifts.
Care and Case Management Services (CCMS) is deeply committed to providing exceptional support to all our clients and their families, ensuring their needs and expectations are at the forefront of our services.
We take pride in offering specialized case management services for individuals recovering from acquired or traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, and other significant disabilities.
Role Overview:
The Support Care Specialist will be responsible for assisting a young individual with cerebral palsy and various complex needs in her own residence.
The client enjoys engaging in activities such as shopping, bowling, and watching a variety of films.
Flexible support is required, including 2-1 care around the clock. The care package encompasses support during holidays and weekends.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing personalized support.
Previous experience in caring for young adults is preferred.
Staff members should be willing to engage in a variety of activities with the client, including hydrotherapy and outdoor adventures.
A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
The client requires comprehensive moving and handling assistance as well as support with all aspects of personal care.
Successful candidates will receive thorough training for this position, along with input from therapists and regular oversight from the Case Manager.
