Sales Administrator Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by processing customer orders, liaising with the warehouse, and ensuring timely deliveries.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders using SAP and related purchase orders within company SLA's
* Liaise with the warehouse and supplies to ensure all deliveries are made on time
* Send samples overseas
* Run management reports
* Process all sales invoicing and investigate any customer queries related to orders and invoicing
* Perform other administrative duties to support the business as directed by the Commercial Services Manager
**Requirements**
* Positive attitude and great attention to detail
* Ability to retain lots of information and juggle a busy workload
* Previous order processing experience and ideally SAP
**What We Offer**
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.60, increasing to £13.35 after probation
* Permanent role with a 20-hour workweek, Monday to Friday
* Opportunity to work in a small, friendly team
