We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers, associates, and assets by investigating and analyzing incidents, providing coaching and training to store associates, and working closely with the store team to prevent loss.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyze incidents of loss and shrinkage to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide coaching and training to store associates on loss prevention best practices and procedures
  • Work closely with the store team to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential loss areas

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail security environment, preferably in a loss prevention or asset protection role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and analyze complex incidents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store associates and other departments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
