About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Nursing Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work under the supervision of qualified nurses to administer medications, care for wounds, and perform other clinical tasks.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills needed to become a qualified Nursing Assistant.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care, with leadership responsibilities and experience in administering medications.
  • Knowledge and understanding of person-centred care planning and relevant legislative requirements.
