Skincare Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Skincare Specialist at Kiehl's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized skincare consultations to our clients.

• Meet and greet prospective customers in store, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Conduct skin consultations, demonstrating empathy and sharing expertise and product knowledge to help customers achieve their skincare goals.
• Proactively approach customers to provide exceptional customer service, sharing knowledge of our fine skincare formulations and latest innovations.
• Build loyalty with customers through regular follow-up and personalized recommendations.
• Contribute to the success of the team by offering ideas to strengthen the business and supporting local and global charity initiatives.
