Job Title: Machinery Maintenance Engineer

This is a challenging opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency of equipment within a high-speed manufacturing environment.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a recognized engineering qualification. They will be required to perform regular equipment checks and preventative maintenance, identify and diagnose equipment faults, and implement immediate fixes where possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular equipment checks and preventative maintenance
  • Identify and diagnose equipment faults, implementing immediate fixes where possible
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth operation
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department
  • Provide technical support to other departments as required
Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday

Morning, Afternoon, Nights rotating weekly

40 Hour Week

Requirements:
  • A recognized Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering)
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
