We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our team at Network IT Recruitment Limited. As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting services to clients, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and deploy IT equipment, including servers, desktops, laptops, and networking devices.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system backups, and hardware inspections, to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site visits, providing technical support, advice, and solutions in a professional manner.
  • Respond to urgent client requests and IT emergencies, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of IT systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems, network configurations, and common business software.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Travel frequently to client sites, adapting to different environments and technical challenges.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in IT systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems, network configurations, and common business software.
  • Experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair, including servers, PCs, printers, and networking equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
