Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our IT department at Recruit4Talent, a national recruitment agency group. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our digital presence across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Test Plans: Design, create, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Review and Analyze Requirements: Review and analyze software requirements and specifications to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Design and Maintain Test Cases: Design, create, and maintain test cases and scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
  • Perform Test Case Reviews: Review and provide feedback on test cases to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Implement Test Automation Frameworks: Identify, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze Test Results: Analyze test results and report on software quality to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Lead and Mentor a QA Team: Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with Development and Product Teams: Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met and software applications are delivered on time.
  • Contribute to DevOps Practices: Contribute to DevOps practices, including test environment setup and maintenance, to ensure smooth software delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance: Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Strong Knowledge of Testing Methodologies: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including test case design, test execution, and test automation.
  • Leadership and Mentorship Skills: Ability to lead and mentor a QA team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to ensure high-quality test results.
  • Experience with DevOps Practices and Tools: Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including test environment setup and maintenance.
  • Desirable Experience with Test Automation Tools: Experience with test automation tools is desirable, but not required.
