About the RoleAs a Sales Valuer/Lister, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. - Estate Agency experience
- Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager or an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving license holder
- Industry-leading training and development
- Support to gain your Level 3 qualification in your specialist area
