Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Evelyn Partners in Southampton. As a key member of our Audit team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit clients, providing assistance to Partners, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
- Provide assistance to Partners in client work, including audit planning, budgeting, and staff management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead and motivate a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in audit and risk management.
- ACA, CA, or ACCA qualification.
- Significant external audit experience in a professional services environment.
- Experience working with entrepreneurial, OMB, SME, and AIM listed clients.
- Strong business development skills, including proposal preparation, presentation, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
