Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist - Commercial Sector - Hounslow, London - Competitive Salary + Company Vehicle and Fuel Card

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent property management firm based in Hounslow. We are seeking an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to operate primarily on a static site in Hounslow, with one day a week at a site in the City.

The ideal candidate will possess electrical qualifications and a comprehensive understanding of various trades, alongside a solid history in property and commercial building upkeep. Responsibilities will include executing all facets of planned and reactive electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance across properties. The company offers a competitive salary package, including overtime opportunities, a company vehicle, and a fuel card.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday - 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
  • Overtime Opportunities Available
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lighting tasks (including small installations, fault diagnosis, lamp replacement, ballast changes, control panel management, and power distribution)
  • Emergency lighting maintenance
  • Air Conditioning systems (including Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units - filter changes and cleaning)
  • Chiller system resets
  • Water Treatment procedures (temperature checks and non-dosing)
  • Plumbing tasks (such as unblocking toilets)
  • Pump and motor maintenance
  • Building Management System (BMS) monitoring (including hot and cold checks)
  • UPS Systems monitoring and readings
Compensation Package
  • Salary up to £42,000

Essential Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified with City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property maintenance
  • Willingness to manage a portfolio of high-end properties
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Highly adaptable and flexible regarding hours, responsibilities, and travel
  • Commitment to a long-term career
