Key Responsibilities- Triage and treat patients, making referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Provide preventative health care advice and adhere to the practice prescribing formulary.
- Participate in the audit process, evaluating and implementing plans to improve patient care.
- Contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Medical Degree
- MRCGP
- Full GMC Registration and inclusion on the performers list

We use System One and Accurx, and our patient base is 10,200 patients across two sites in Wednesbury. We have an excellent working environment with supportive GPs and Nurses, and the surgery is well managed with a Business Manager and Practice Manager.
We meet weekly for clinical meetings and learning opportunities, and we have ample onsite parking. Our home visit request is low, and we work well within our PCN (Health Vision Partnership).
