Lifeguard - Trainee / Qualified

At Center Parcs, we're looking for a skilled Lifeguard to join our team in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. As a Lifeguard, you'll be the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring their safety and well-being in our pool environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of vigilance and attention to detail to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe pool environment
• Participate in regular training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Lifeguard or in a related role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Trainee Candidates:

If you're a trainee candidate, you'll be required to attend an NPLQ course as part of your training. An offer of employment will be subject to passing the course and a successful interview.
