Job Title: TEC Change Delivery Partner - SAP

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced TEC Change Delivery Partner - SAP to join our team at Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our TEC division, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of SAP applications and ensuring the ongoing development of our SAP practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP application estate, handling operational maintenance and work management processes, as well as finance, HR, and procurement activities.
  • Manage an annual change budget of circa £5m and application support for circa 4000 SAP users.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects to time, budget, and quality, and the ongoing performance of Agile Release Trains.
  • Ensure requirements and designs reflect business needs and are aligned to the IT strategy and architecture.
  • Engage with C-Suite level stakeholders and manage difficult outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Significant SAP experience and leadership skills.
  • Vision for SAP practice development and value generation for Yorkshire Water.
  • Experience in managing offshore delivery partners and multi-million-pound projects.
  • Strong commercial and supplier management skills.
  • Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and managing end-to-end delivery in large organizations.
