Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant and Team Coordinator to support our Mining Finance team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Mining Finance team, including coordinating diaries, organizing records, and maintaining directories.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with other team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Travel and Expense Management: Book travel arrangements, manage expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Data Management: Assist with data storage and retrieval, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
