About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure timely and cost-effective processing of cases.
  • Business Development: Develop professional relationships with clients and introducers to generate fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • Productivity and Quality: Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.
  • Client Service: Meet clients and take detailed instructions to provide an excellent standard of client care.
Requirements
  • Experience: Have experience of managing your own caseload and exceptional client service skills.
  • Organisation and Process: Be organised and process-driven, with a commercial astuteness to understand the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice.
  • IT Literacy: Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
  • Communication: Understand the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors, and introducers.
