We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to join our team at Dornan Engineering. As a Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial activities on site, managing a team of 4 to 5 surveyors on a large-scale project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Performance Management: Manage and review the commercial performance of the project from inception to completion.
  • Business Unit Control: Commercial control of the business unit allocated to you, ensuring effective management of resources and budgets.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collation and Reporting: Collate and report on commercial data, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
