Job Summary:

Magnus James is seeking a highly skilled Estate Agent Sales Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a Sales Manager for our Estate Agency, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Valuation and Listing: Conduct property valuations, negotiate listings, and ensure that all sales transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.
