Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dedicated individual to work as an Occupational Therapist within the Conwy Community Resource Teams within Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

Main Duties
  • Provide prompt and effective Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to support the discharge to assess and review pathway and to reduce the risk of people being admitted to hospital.
  • Work closely with colleagues from an integrated health and social care team to provide cover across the county as required.
  • Develop and implement effective problem-solving and communication skills to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to the wider Occupational Therapy service audits, service developments, and attend meetings as required.
